  • 12:00am - Midnight toast to the New Year

Bring your dancing shoes because Annie Up will get you out of your seats and on the dance floor until 1:00am.

At the end of a spectacular evening, ride the elevator home to your guest room.

Layered Grilled Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Diced Tomato, Chopped Eggs, Avocado, Bleu Cheese, Mixed Greens and Creamy Ranch Dressing

Lobster and Tropical Fruit Salad

Papaya, Mango, and Pineapple with pulled Lobster Meat, Sweet Potato Matchsticks, Bitter Greens and Watercress Vinaigrette

Farmer's Salad

Mason Jar of Quinoa, Preserved Green Beans, Radish, Carrots and Baby Spinach. Add choice of Lingonberry Vinaigrette or Cucumber Garden Dressing, toss and go!
